We begin our journey training our friends free at local parks. Word got around and it developed into an outdoor bootcamp with many members. After 3 hot summers and 2 cold winters, we have now opened a new 3000sqft facility. We are devoted to all our members and if it wasn't for them, we would not be here. Thank you!
Specialties
CrossFit Secaucus provides a unique environment for female and male athletes through individual and group training sessions. We have adult, teen and kids classes available. We want all of our members to achieve their personal fitness goals regardless of their initial fitness ability and work capacity. Our enthusiastic CrossFit-certified trainers Rob and Eddie will ensure that every athlete is safe while using the correct form in all of our functional movements. At CrossFit Secaucus, the main focus is to train each athlete for the optimum physical competence. This will require the mastering of the following general skills: Strength, Stamina, Balance, Accuracy, Speed, Power, Agility, Endurance, and Flexibility. We achieve this with a good mixture and variance of Weightlifting, Gymnastics and Metabolic Conditioning or cardio.
