Crossfit Hoboken is the local and largest branch of the Crossfit training system in New Jersey. Crossfit is a training methodology that focuses on both weight training and cardiovascular exercise. Training programs are completely customizable to people of all fitness levels and experience. Free beginner workouts are offered every Wednesday night at 6:45pm and 10am on Saturday for those interested in joining the program.
