Cranbury Township Board of Education provides a thorough and efficient system of free public education for students in grades kindergarten through eight in the Cranbury School District in New Jersey. The board is constituted, authorized and governed by the statutes of the state of New Jersey, Title 18A, Education. It makes, amends and repeals rules for the government and management of public schools and the public property of the school district and for the employment, regulation of, conduct and discharge of its employees. The board assumes jurisdiction over any dispute or controversy arising within the school district. It also holds hearings and conducts systematic program of self-evaluation and appraisal.
