China Chalet is a Chinese restaurant serving a selection of appetizers, soups, seafood, poultry, beef and pork dishes, lo mein and noodles, tofu, vegetables, fish and lobster. It also offers low-cholesterol dishes, including steamed chicken with vegetables, steamed pork with vegetables and steamed shrimp with vegetables served with corn, cabbage and mushrooms. The chef's special has different selections of chicken, beef or duck in larger-sized portions. Daily lunch specials are served with soup, brown, white or vegetable rice and a choice of shredded pork, chicken with garlic sauce or shrimp chow fun. Its chef, Wei Lui, has been cooking Chinese dishes since 1993 and has been featured in The New York Times.
