Chico's started in 1983 as a small boutique selling Mexican folk art on Sanibel Island in Florida. Then one day, the founders discovered the sweater, pivoted the business and retail was never the same. The location in Raceway Mall is busier but has great customer service with willing advice and polite employees. Quite different here and perhaps a bit more pleasantness would be really welcome.
