From patterned table-clothes to hand-painted wall murals, every inch of this Mexican restaurant is drenched in bright color. Locally owned by the Arias family, the restaurant features one long, narrow main dining room, adorned with a faux Incan temple and a second, more intimate dining area in the back of the restaurant that is equipped with a fireplace. Be sure to order the homemade guacamole which is made right at your table. While the restaurant is B.Y.O., the restaurant supplies the margarita mix. One of two Charritos locations in Hoboken, this uptown location opened in March 2006.
