Founded in 1928, Camden County Technical Schools is a public, nonprofit secondary and postsecondary institution, located in Sicklerville, N.J. The school is certified by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, and offers vocational and technical career training, and distance learning programs. Its high school division provides more than 30 career training programs in business, health, technical and trade areas, and various academic courses. The school s career programs provides various courses, including video production, welding, drafting, culinary arts, food services, commercial baking, allied health careers, ornamental horticulture and cosmetology. It also provides variety of athletic activities, such as basketball, baseball and volleyball, and offers various school-to-career programs, such as mentoring, pre-apprenticeship and cooperative education. The school s library has more than 30,000 books and over 225 periodical subscriptions, and provides print and nonprint media for student research, study and recreational reading.
