Established in 1998, the Bright Beginnings Learning Center serves students between the ages of 3 and 12. It offers a variety of educational opportunities to students with autism and multiple disabilities. The center administers instructional programs in communication skills, music and art education, and daily living and play activities. The Bright Beginnings Learning Center provides speech, language and physical therapies. It also offers pediatric and behavioral psychology consultation services. The center provides classes in math, language arts, science, social studies, and physical and family life education. The Bright Beginnings Learning Center organizes field trips and offers nursing, medical and dysphagia intervention solutions. It is a part of the Middlesex Regional Educational Services Commission.
