Park Avenue Caterers is family owned and operated. Founded in 1961 by Robert Bussiere. The family continues to provide quality food and service under the supervision of a graduate of the Culinary Institiute.

We are a full service Deli and Convenience Store that also provides off-premise catering. We have been in business for over fifty years servicing Middlesex, Union and somerset Counties.

We ordered three half subs, with a total of six slices of cheese and six slices of meat. I call that a wish sandwich. Unbelievably cheap quality. Very disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone....
