The Municipal Building is located in Forked River, Lacey. The Community Development Department is responsible for Zoning, Code Enforcement, Planning Board, Zoning Board, Affordable Housing, Floodplain Management, Registrar of Vital Statistics, Board of Health, Pinelands Commission development approvals, and Census Information. The Municipal Court is responsible for violations of municipal ordinances, motor vehicle, and traffic laws; disorderly persons offenses; petty disorderly persons offenses; and other non-indictable offenses.
