The Authentic Pilates Learning Center opened on Ramapo Valley Road in Mahwah in April of 2012. The studio offers individual, double, triple and group classes, and accepts students of all ages and skill levels. The studio's instructors studied Pilates under Romana Kryzanowska, the first student of Joseph Pilates. The center does not offer any mat classes, only a variety of machine-based classes.
