AT&T Wireless is a wireless company in the United States with more than 50 million subscribers who use its digital voice and data network. AT&T Wireless is a joint venture between the domestic wireless divisions of SBC and BellSouth. SBC owns 60 percent of the company and BellSouth owns 40 percent, based on the value of the assets both contributed to the venture. AT&T Wireless offers customers a number of tangible benefits that include: the ability to call any of the company s customers for free on select plans; a Rollover plan that lets customers keep unused monthly minutes; and a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy nationwide.
