Dr. Andrew Galante attended Hobart College and graduated with a B.S. degree in Chemistry. He then went on to graduate from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. After graduation, Dr. Galante became a Second Lieutenant in the Naval Dental Corps stationed at Norfolk, Virginia for two years. He returned to New Jersey and took a one year internship at Martland Hospital in Newark and became an associate of Dr. Louis Saporito, who was President of the American Dental Association and was selected Clinical Instructor in Fixed Prosthodontics at the New Jersey School of Medicine and Dentistry. Dr. Galante holds a Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD)—the highest honor bestowed by the AGD. It represents over 1,110 hours of continuing education in the various disciplines of dentistry, such as implant, cosmetic, pediatric, periodontal, and orthodontic. Only 1% of the dentists in the U.S. have received this honor. Dr. Galante opened his practice of Family Dentistry in Warren, New Jersey in 1974. He belongs to numerous Dental Societies and Dental Clubs.
