Attitudes In Reverse (AIR) is a non-profit organization based in Princeton, NJ that offers a comprehensive mental health plan to educate youth from elementary level through college-age. Their programs focus on breaking down stigma, promoting understanding, empathy, and kindness towards all. With certified therapy dogs accompanying program presenters, AIR aims to identify at-risk youth and provide anti-bullying and suicide prevention plans. They also offer programs for parents, teachers, and school staff.
AIR is grateful to partner with The College of New Jersey's Testing and Assessment in Psychology Lab for an evidence-based program evaluation. They attend various events, including college health fairs, community events, and mental health conferences, to start conversations about good mental health. The coming up for AIR Student Presentation Program has a response rate of 35% of students asking for help after the presentation. AIR's mission is to reverse attitudes, start conversations, and save lives.
