Great Location, very friendly staff, clean for the most part. Valet Dry cleaning, small gym and sun deck also nice little perks. HOWEVER.... I agree with all the other reviews here. For 2BR/2BA...

7 years living in this building. Management is terrible as of 2021. Pay your rent? - well you still get served court hearing papers for eviction! Equity Residential has terrible back office...
