HistoryAfter earning a first and second degree black belt in Mixed Martial Arts, I decided to start a business of my own. Many people love the benefits of Martial Arts, but are uncomfortable working in close proximity with partners, including sparring. With this in mind, I designed the workout to incorporate Muay Thai Kickboxing into a fitness program where partner work is not necessary. Using the heavy bags adds to the muscle-building aspect of the workout and provides the entire body with benefits.
