The Local Moose

History

Owners Bo Tong and Marc Lee grew up in the restaurant business. When the opportunity came they jumped on board with Natalia Umpierrez and opened up The Local Moose Cafe. Bo, Marc, and Natalia are passionate about where their food comes from and are excited to bring that awareness to customers. When the three aren't pulling shots of espresso, baking bread, or making amazing sandwiches, you can find them tending to their chickens, goats, turkeys, and greenhouse!
