Founded in 1918, Pitco Frialator designs, researches and manufactures frying equipment. It offers a variety of products, including standard fryers, high-efficiency fryers, pasta cookers and rethermalizers. Its frying equipment have various control options, such as solidstate, digital and computerized control. It also manufactures donut fryers, chicken and fish fryers, filter drawers, oil filter systems and used-oil disposal aids. Its products are made of stainless steel and use a tube-fired heating system, which creates a larger heat transfer area that quickly heats oil to proper cooking temperatures.
