Linda founded Owoc Physical Therapy in 2002. She is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh from the programs in Child Development & Child Care and Physical Therapy. Linda has been practicing physical therapy for over 24 years and holds active physical therapy licenses in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. Linda has been studying and practicing IMT for 23 years. She is a graduate and certified practitioner from the Connecticut School of Integrative Manual Therapy, Class of 2008. In her more than 24 years as a practicing physical therapist, Linda has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, rehabilitation hospital, health club based program including aquatics, school systems, home environments and private practice settings. She developed a multidisciplinary wound management team while working at an inpatient rehabilitation facility. Linda has studied Yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Gong, Pilates, Feldenkrias, and Somatics. She has a passion for incorporating these concepts into her clients individualized rehabilitative exercise programs. Linda is a visiting therapist for the Center of Integrative Manual Therapy in Bloomfield Connecticut. In her free time Linda s hobbies and interests include pastel art, sewing, photography, camping, hiking with her dog, motorcycling, yoga, and watching a hard hitting game of football.
