Jazzercise classes have existed in the NH seacoast for years while we rented space from various dance studios and VFW halls but we are now in our own dedicated space in the Stratham Plaza as of January 2017 and loving it.

What is Jazzerise? Burn up to 600 calories in one fun and powerfully effective 60 min total body workout. Every class combines dance based cardio with strength training and stretching to sculpt, tone and lengthen muscles. Each class has a certified instructor that faces you from an elevated stage in order to check in throughout the workout.They can then cue modifications to ensure that both high and low impact options are offered to fit the needs of the students. We offer 17class a week and 7 different formats (Dance Mixx, Fusion, Interval, Flip Fusion, Strike, Strength 30 and Express) so there is something for everyone.
