Jakes Old Fashioned Ice Cream began as a small ice cream parlor over 30 years ago in Milford, NH. In 2003 the business was bought by Roni Vetter. Roni is an award winner pastry chef previously with the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. With the acquisition of Jakes, Roni was able to return to her New Hampshire roots, showcasing her ability to create New Englands finest ice cream and bakery confections.
