Established in 1985, University of New Hampshire at Manchester is a land-, sea-, and space-grant university, offering a wide range of academic programs for undergraduate as well as graduate students. It offers a variety of career oriented academic courses, such as arts, biological and physical sciences, technology, history, literature, foreign cultures, social sciences and philosophy, among others. In addition, the university offers various special academic opportunities to students, such as Graduate Research Conference, Hamel Center for Undergraduate Research, Honors Program, International Research Opportunities Program, Study Abroad programs, Student Internships and Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program.
