The Eastern Lakes Region Housing Coalition (ELRHC) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charitable organization dedicated to providing affordable housing solutions in the Eastern Lakes Region of New Hampshire. With ongoing support from the Wentworth Economic Development Corporation (WEDCO), the ELRHC aims to make a positive impact in the community by offering rental units and promoting workshops and events related to affordable housing.
The ELRHC serves several towns in the region, including Alton, Brookfield, Effingham, Farmington, Freedom, Middleton, Milton, Moultonborough, New Durham, Ossipee, Sandwich, Tamworth, Tuftonboro, Wakefield, and Wolfeboro. Currently, the organization offers 48 rental units at Harriman Hill in Wolfeboro, with plans for future phases to expand the housing project on the 35-acre site.
