I joined Century 21 Highview Realty in 1981. The Company is one of the biggest in the area and serves the whole State of New Hampshire. We do all phases of real estate. Our office offers buyers seminars and great training is offered to new agents. We offer property management also. Our area is beautiful and offers skiing, cross country skiing , skating, swimming and many other sports and activities. New Hampshire is exciting in all seasons. We have no sales or income tax.
Specialties
I sell single family residences and also investment properties in Claremont NH and the surrounding areas. We are close to skiing, swimming, snowmobile trails and spectacular scenery. I sell vacation homes as well. I love working with first time home buyers and buyers that are looking to either buy bigger homes for their growing families or empty nesters looking to downsize. I know some great mortgage offices that can help with any type of mortgages including reverse mortgages. I also handle long term rentals for homes, apartments or businesses.
