Devotion Ink Tattoo is owned by John Burnham, who opened the parlor in 2008 after years in the business. Besides John, the other artists are Tyler, Jeff, Rachel and Karrie, who help clients to choose from an extensive collection of designs. Clients can also submit their own designs.
