We opened our amazing wood smoked BBQ trailer. After two years selling at local farmers market.

Specialties

We sell some of the best real wood smoked BBQ around. All our meats are smoked on our custom built 7ft smoker. We love serving our guest top quality BBQ. People love our mouth watering pulled pork which is smoked for 10+ hours. we serve pork to brisket to bacon wrapped pickels. You never know what we will have. so when the smokes rolling stop on by. We are open May thru October.
