Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest, one of the four branches of the club is located in Marlborough, Mass. It provides structured educational, social, recreational, physical and cultural programs of both a developmental and preventative nature for boys and girls of aged 2-to 18-years old. Children of all races, backgrounds and beliefs come to play, learn and socialize in a supervised environment. The SMART moves program (skills mastery and resistance training) is a prevention and education program that addresses the issues of drug and alcohol use as well as premature sexual activity. BGCMW s art program helps members to enhance their self-expression, creativity and develop multi-cultural appreciation. It also provides exposure and develops skills in crafts and visual, performing and literary arts. Happy Hours Preschool, located at the club, serves 72 children ranging in ages from two to five years.
