The timeless and sensational tastes of truffle mushrooms and meaty bacon are the inspiration for this breakfast and lunch place called Truffles N Bacon Cafe which originally opened a 30-seater inside an antique market in 2014 but eventually outgrown it in a year, moved to a much larger and its current home at the Regal Plaza. TNB Cafe (as the locals call it) is the brainchild of Chef Jackie Lim, whose humble beginnings as a self-taught chef with an innate ability for creativity and flavor brought her professional chef career from a small diner in Modesto, to Los Angeles then New York, where a spectrum of clientele has been able to experience her creations. Unrestricted by rules, Chef Jackie believes food should have an element of fun. The fun starts in our open kitchen where simple things like bacon jam and tomato compote bring an elevated flavor to a basic sandwich. It is the same creativity and boldness that has allowed us to grow to be part of this Vegas local community.
