Assure EVERY meal is the best possible, I don't want my last meal in life to disappoint. Born in London, but a 40 year Las Vegas native. I love it here, as Vegas is always evolving and has the best that the world has to offer. I grew up in restaurants and founded a restaurant consulting company called the Restaurant Hospitality Institute. The company allows me to travel the world to train restaurant professionals. During these travels I also research food, wine, liquor, beer and restaurants to be the best I can be. I am also a wine sommelier, sake sommelier and beer cicerone.
