Ron started cutting Meat right out of high school for a Las Vegas independently owned grocery store named J&J Market. After my Teacher and Mentor left and opened the Mirage as Head Butcher. I left That chain and worked for other local super market chains such as Lucky, Smith's, & Albertsons. I left the retail industry in !993 and opened Treasure Island Hotel Casino as Head Butcher. After a 15 year stint and working with some of the industries finest chef's I decided to go out on my own with my wife Jeannette and start offering Las Vegas the finest meats available. The Butcher Block is about giving you the best MEATS found anywhere at the best prices we can.
