Preferred Air's first owner was Tom Swyner, who later sold the company to it's current owner Daryl Lane.

What makes Preferred Air different is the personal experience you will receive. We are a family owned and operated company with a small customer base. We take great pride in assisting each customer. We enjoy helping our customers. Our best technician Daryl, who is also the owner, has over 30 years experience. Therefore we have a call back rate not usually higher then 1-2%. Although we don't see or talk to our customers often, we still build a rapport and look forward to Spring/Fall checks when we get to call them again! You can rely on us! Because we care, without our customers receiving 100% satisfaction we would go up in smoke. Daryl likes to say
