Beautiful dead cherry tree that will cost $3K to replace

Horrible job on the 2 layers , all steps are like this .

2 weeks. Mixed with the workers trash along with what they used to nail the bricks together, pipping, tree debris , top soil .

The bricks are not set straight as you can see .
