Chef Sebastian decided during the COVID pandemic to re-strategies where he saw himself post quarantine as he were previously working in the hotel industry. During the furlough of his positions in the hotel industry the idea to follow his passion grew stronger which led to a great concept to utilize his experience and cooking skills into one business.
