Poor plumbing, perpetually slow drains. My bathtub wouldn't drain for weeks when I moved in, now the bathroom sink.

This moldy spot was painted over when I moved in. It was exposed within the first 7 showers taken here.

Closet floor soaked with water, mold growing across the closet wall. This was the first day, it grows and spreads by the day.
