Established in 2001, Bailey Charter Elementary School employs a balanced literacy program approach to teaching that includes phonics and language integrated into a challenging curriculum. It offers programs for students in kindergarten through sixth grade. The school s 21st century community learning center program provides academic enrichment and recreational activities including literacy, math, science, technology, art, dance, sports activities and career counseling.
