Lincoln NE. I requested info on feather pillow cleaning; was told they send them to another state for cleaning and to allow 6-8 weeks. When I picked them up, I saw that these were not my pillows....

The staff was super friendly, the turnaround time was great (dropped off in the evening, ready by the next evening), and the clothes were very clean. They got a discolored collar looking like new...
