Southeast Nebraska Development District (SENDD) is a voluntary association of counties and municipalities in Nebraska, dedicated to identifying common problems and providing support for efficient government. With a membership that includes 16 counties and their participating communities, SENDD focuses on strengthening the connection between people and the places they share through placemaking initiatives.
