POLICY At our salon, we adhere to the following policies for the mutual convenience of the customers and the salon. * If a customer is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we may require them to reschedule or sign in to our Walk-in List. * We have the right to refuse or stop service for any persons. *All services are non-refundable. However, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know and we'll do our best to make it right. * Customers will be fully responsible for their personal belongings during their visit. Customers will have to pay compensation if they damage any of the salon products during their visit, such as broken nail polish. * If customers are coming with kids, we request that you please watch over them to avoid any injury or damages.
