History
Morrow kennels started out in 1972 with grooming and boarding animals. Recently they opened a brand new facility to better accommodate the animals that stay at the facility. The boarding facility is top of the line. It offers a two-part kennel for each dog which is divided by a door. On the outer part of the kennels there are four garage doors that open up to let pets get plenty of fresh air and sunlight, while still being safe inside! The grooming aspect improves all the time. They now have top-of-the-line Clipper-Vac systems to better improve the quality of the groom. They have top-notch clippers and utensils to get the best quality cut. They have an amazing bathing area that provides a safe and stress free environment for their clients pets. They are now offering spa packages which can include teeth brushings, nail polish, soft claw applications, hot oil treatments, sugar scrubs, aroma therapy, hair styling with bows, feathers, or scarves, and hair coloring!

In 1974 Marilyn started breeding Cocker Spaniels. She did that for 3 years and then decided to take her business a different direction. A friend in Tekamah insisted Marilyn take care of their dog. She didn't have time to buy a kennel, so she made the first kennel out of corn crib panels. After that she did a survey to see how many people would use a boarding and grooming facility. The numbers looked good so in 1977 Cliff and Marilyn transformed a chicken house into a boarding and grooming facility. In 1998 her daughter Juli started grooming with her. Because of that, they could expand their business and accommodate more clients. After 39 years in the old kennel, Cliff and Marilyn decided to start designing a new facility. In April 2013 Morrow Kennels upgraded to a brand new facility which better accommodates pets and clients.
