Pretty good, but bed did not seem to breath as well as most, so got hot where I lay for a while. Some TV channels had problems including no audio on some. Nice minifridge. AC cycles on and off....

The place is really nice for a road-side motel. The owner seems to care about teh place- a new tub in my room, and new door, clean sheets, etc. They've got good wi-fi, too.
