Premiumtrips.com is a division of Mar-Al Enterprises Inc In 1990, Bill Novak ( our founder ) opened the doors for business with two simple things in mind, customer service and value. Then along came the internet which really rocked our business world. Most every internet savoy consumer wanted to book their travel over the internet as opposed to calling us on the telephone. We could not figure out why people would rather spend more to do it themselves than call us and get it for less. So, we hired a group of marketing graduate students to do a study for us. Here is the summary of that study: All major travel websites have a hype created around it as a whole suggesting that they have the technology to support an advanced pricing structure that will offer better prices on travel in general. After multiple comparisons with traditional reservation methods, it turns out to be just that, HYPE! The big travel websites spend millions on network television ads to lead the public into believing this hype while we save the advertising dollar and offer it back to our customers in the form of lower prices. Furthermore, the big travel websites spend enormous amounts of money on creating and maintaining their flashy and "do it yourself" websites. Our website, as plain and generic as it may seem, is on the internet just for inexpensive exposure so we can be there right next to them.
