The Division of Developmental Disabilities is operated by the Nebraska Department of Health & Human Services. It offers a range of community-based developmental disability services. The division administers the Beatrice State Developmental Center, which is a 24-hour intermediate care facility that serves individuals with developmental disabilities. The Division of Developmental Disabilities serves more than 3,900 individuals. It operates training and technical assistance programs for developmental disabilities service providers. The division offers consulting and residential behavioral intervention services. It also administers the Community Supports Program (CSP). In addition, the Division of Developmental Disabilities offers personal assistance and mental health and respite care services.
