My name is Lynn Chase, Massage Therapist and Doula. I began my journey back in 2003 at Health Works Institute where I graduated with over 780 hours of education in Massage Therapy. Since then I've continued down the path of healing by becoming a Doula, taking Continuing Education courses and doing an apprenticeship in St. John Method of NMT Pain Relief. I now teach at Health Works Institute and hope to be apart of a new generation of spectacular therapists! I specialize in integrating many techniques to form the right massage for each session, including Neuromuscular Therapy, Structural Asessment, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Prenatal, Postnatal, Swedish,and more. I am an Instructor at HealthWorks Institute, teaching Neuromuscular Therapy which is my personal passion. Additionally I have been trained through Doulas of North America to be a Birth Doula for women in labor. Learning where we, as individuals, hold our stress and tension is a critical part of the healing process. Lynn Chase is certified in the following massage modalities. A session with Lynn will be tailored to the individual needs of each client on any given day. A selection of pure doTerra essential oils is available to increase the experience of each massage session. Integrating several massage therapies will address the body 3-dimensionally affecting mind body and spirit achieving ultimate relaxation.
