Established in 1972, Montana Board of Investments operates under the Department of Commerce for the state of Montana. It is an independent quasi-judicial board that provides a wide range of solutions for financial issues that are faced by the new and expanding businessmen of the state of Montana. The board consists of more than eight members. It has various divisions that include audit, human resource and loan. The board offers a variety of loans that include commercial, link deposit and infrastructure loans to meet the needs of individual businesses and local government. It administers a variety of financial assistance and investment programs that include in-state investments and unified investments programs. The Montana Board of Investments is located in Helena, Mont.
