Our spring 60 Day Fitness Challenge begins Saturday, April 23. It's no secret that Monkey Bar Gym workouts are hard. All of our classes are tailored for every individual: beginners to advanced! Start where you are and let us help you achieve your fitness and weight loss goals. With a focus on bodyweight training and full-body movement, our program is incredibly effective.
