History
The MonDak Historical & Art Society was established February 28, 1967. The museum was established shortly thereafter, eventually moving into a new facility at the present location in 1984.

The MonDak Heritage Center is the MonDak region's premier museum. Our mission is to engage, educate, and inspire our community by preserving and contributing to the area's arts, culture, and heritage.
