House Detectives, Inc. came about after seeing many home buyers frustrated with the misconception of what a home inspection is and is not. We follow the ASHI Standard of Practice when doing our inspections. Coupled with years of experience in buying, renting, remodeling and flipping houses, we were convinced to pass on the lessons we've learned over time. In a short time, our business gained many happy clients. As great as this is, we learned of a second need that we felt was not being addressed properly. That being the lack of education about Radon in our area. We are nationally certified by the NRPP to Measure and Mitigate Radon, and are THE local experts on the subject of Radon.
