Owners Checkers Barker & Dave McIntosh, along with product specialists Paul Nelson and Peter Novak, represent over 90 years of combined musical knowledge and playing experience.ESP provides competitive prices and great service! We are located at 819 S. Higgins ( just south of the corner of 6th and Higgins).Lessons are offered on guitar, bass, drums, mandolin, banjo, voice and piano by our teaching staff that is now seven strong. Over the years, Checkers and Dave have amassed quite the collection of rare, vintage, and odd instruments. They proudly display them in their store as a reminder of where music has been and where it will surely go from here. While these instruments are not for sale, they are a pleasure to look at.General repair is available on guitars, basses and other musical electronics including setups, structural repair and wiring.
