Property Management. I manage properties for those who have a property here in our area and live else where or who live here and don't want or have the ability to manage their income property. I take care of single unit and multi unit properties and even do check ups on properties for folks who leave town for extended periods of time. I am also In addition to being licensed to manage property I also have a Real Estate Sales license and able to help with sales and purchase of property.
