Computer4Kids is a nonprofit organization working to ensure that under served and at-risk youth in Yellowstone County have home access to capable technology for educational purposes. Look through our site to see what we're doing and how you can help in this critical mission. Our Mission We believe there is no reason for unused computer equipment to be thrown away when so many children are deprived of the benefit of this crucial educational tool. Refurbishing computers for a child's use is environmentally responsible since it extends the life of the equipment. But more importantly, providing a child with access to a home PC has been shown to increase educational attainment, increase self-esteem, and ultimately open the doors to many of life's opportunities. Our mission is simple: Get as many good computers as possible into the hands of as many children as possible.
